		<description>I still question the ability of the developer to deliver the price points they originally promoted for this large undertaking, but am encouraged by the upsurge in activity in the area with developments like Cool Blow and Taco Boy's planned new location Huger Street.  It is a cool building and hope it works.  Have not heard how the presales efforts are doing, but the ads are well done.</description>
